I am the guy who created Tuki.
Very cool pixel work you did of her! Fun fact, originally Tuki was supposed to be a villain that attacked Shantae, but then the guys at WayForward thought it would be cool if she were a dance salesperson instead. In doing so, she even got a couple voice lines by Christina Vee herself!
